Chef Lexie Justice
has spent many a year teaching as well. She was the pastry chef at notable
front range restaurants including
Brasserie Rouge, Kody, and has cooked at The James Beard
for Jacques Pepin. Her attention recently turned to gluten free cooking and baking, starting

The Last Crumb Bakery.

The common thread? We all love food, love teaching, and love hanging out with people in the
kitchen creating culinary masterpieces while having a whole lot of fun!
